I really think this could end with Obama winning the College and McCain winning the popular vote. Here’s what I predicted back in 2004: Barack Obama will be the next Democratic presidential nominee, and the next President of the United States unless the Republican Party nominates John McCain in which case it’s a toss-up. Pretty accurate so far. (To be fair I also predicted McCain would choose Tim Pawlenty as his VP. Boy, did I screw up that one but good.)
